Advance bookings are a means of holding a seat in one of our classes, but are subject to any prerequisites required for attending that course
When a candidate books and pays for a seat in a class, that seat will be assigned to that customer. Nobody else will be able to book that seat. This is designed to give our customers peace of mind knowing they will have a seat available and still let us reserve that seat with confidence.
We require more than 48 working hours written notice for cancellation or rescheduling of course bookings. Failure to notify us with more than 48 hrs notice forfeits your tuition.
No-Show and Rescheduling Policy
Failure to show-up for class forfeits your complete tuition.
Since your certification requires you to be present for the entirety of the course, being more than 15 minutes late would disqualify you from entering that course. Latecomers will, therefore, be refused entry into the class and will forfeit the entire tuition fee.
No-shows and latecomers, at the sole discretion of CDS, are sometimes given the opportunity, for an additional $50 fee, to return at another date as a walk-in. Rescheduling must be completed within 30 days of the original class date, but is subject to seat availability. Since we will never reserve a seat for someone rescheduling without proper notice, we do not guarantee a seat will be available in any particular alternative class. The reschedule fee is due at the start time of the new course
It is entirely your responsibility to account for weather and traffic conditions to meet these requirements.
